We offer refunds for mangoes that are spoiled or damaged. If you receive mangoes that are spoiled or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may ask you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage or spoiled. If found to be right we will connect with you to send a free replacement of the number of spoilt or damaged mangoes (as in images shared) in the subsequent order. Shipping cost will be charged extra
If 365Nature Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver to your address or the product is not available (seasonal fruit/Mangoes) due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded back to you. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase and will take 6-14 working days for the same, depending on mode of payment and bank policy.
